gm Fitcasters! Happy Monday! It’s time to rise and shine if you have not already. It’s another day to perform at your greatest with the best mindset possible. (It’s your choice… trust yourself… trust the process) Let’s all get better today… by being present… and by achieving nothing but greatness. Workout update: tempo month is still going for me- Today’s Main lift will be Bench press with a tempo of 3 sec down/ 2 hold/ 1 sec up for 5x reps. Weight goal, not so sure. I’m thinking 205 - maybe 225? But if that’s the case, that will be very very 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️. Will cast later! What is your goal at the gym today? Any specific focus? Or if no gym, what active movement will you be doing today (ex. walking… casual bike ride… etc.) let me know!
