Gm Fitcasters! What’s on the menu at the gym today? Workout update: rest day do to a very busy work day (still an active day because of coaching… just no lifts) Movement of the day: BAND L-sit power T-rows: (10x) Goal: To stay strict/controlled by tightening quads & glutes along with tucking in top ribs (no flaring of the ribs-need to brace core) think about driving your heels into the ground. Try it out in your next workout!
