Movement of the day: KB pull through + off set push-up This is a great combo total body/core movement to add into your workout routine. Try it out in your next workout! Workout update: Today, I have Trap bar Deadlifts with a tempo of 3 sec up/ 2 sec hold/ 3sec down for 5x reps. Goal- HEAVY weight. Going to challenge myself big time today.
