In the meantimeโฆ here is your movement of the day: -DB shoulder complex (3 moves + 1) -Supinated biceps curls -Arnold press -Wide grip press Ascending to descending ladder (consistent weight) Rep scheme: 2/4/6-6/4/2x *in between sets, perform 2x DB front raises using 1 DB ๐ถ๏ธ Try it out in your next workout!
