gm Fitcasters! It’s turn up Thursday fam! What are you doing at the gym today? Or… what’s your workout plan in general? Workout update: It’s squat day fam- today’s max rep count is 6x. Last week I hit 325lb for 6x- so today, let’s see what happens 😎 I will cast later on with an update! Movement of the day: -DB (res) biceps curls *miniband around wrist/ res means resisted These look simple BUT the mini bad fires up you delts/lays and challenges you to do perfect curl reps. When you have the chance, try this variation out. *Note: always keep the tension of the band for both the up and downward motion of the movement.
