You're right, but a system could be put in place to give allowances proportional to the amount of Degen held. For example:

50,000k
100,000k

.

That may be edited in a better way.

If the comparison were made between how much you contribute to the community, 

Otherwise, @wake could hold all the allocation to himself. 170k isn't noticable to what he hold in his wallet
