Why should I, holding 170k Degen and staying loyal to this community, get an allowance of 20 Degen per day, while someone with 10k Degen in their wallet gets 4k allo per day?

But a fun way to raise the price is to raise the bag of eligibility for allowance, for example, to 50k instead of 10k

You're right, but a system could be put in place to give allowances proportional to the amount of Degen held. For example:
