A complicated endgame allowing white to win just by being one tempo ahead. Can you stop black from promoting?

Hmm, I’m thinking 1. Nxd2+, Bxd2 2. Re6, e1=Q 3. Rxe1, Bxe1 4. b7 Now blacks bishop would need to go to g3 to cover whites promotion square but g3 is protected so white will promote next turn. Or another line could be 1. Nxd2+, Ka1 or Ka2 2. Re6, Bxb6 3. Rxb6, e1=Q, 4. Ra6#
