Assume human lifespan is now 150-200 years: how differently would people treat the first 50 years of life? What does education and choosing what to learn change with that much extra life?

I always have a hard time with these hypotheticals. I feel like if we have the tech to increase lifespan by 100 years then 100 years later we should have the tech to increase lifespan indefinitely.
