Manager work really inhibits creativity 🤔 There’s no good way to either inject serious creativity into the work (clever slides and spreadsheets 😖) or separate out a track of creative work. A manager’s real medium is other people and trying to “use” them creatively is generally autocracy and ends poorly

i think the medium is other people __and__ other people's ideas. so if you work with the people - trigger them, etc. you can inject serious creativity. in other words - get them excited about something that you created.
