in crypto specifically what is a better GTM for a new consumer app? 1. build in stealth and then launch with good marketing OR 2. announce ideas, gauge interest, build in the open and keep the audience along for the journey even if it takes long

#2, and would add this isn't just consumer. Always be launching. People won't remember to try you out the first time they hear about you anyway. https://warpcast.com/garrytan/0x3b51a30c One of my biggest flubs in prev startup was treating each launch as a canon ball that took weeks/months to load. Much better to ship, say you shipped, iterate, say you iterate, and treat every week as launch week.

1 probably but sustaining is hard. 2 maybe more sustainable In both cases, the problem is the same, crypto consumers aren’t sticky yet. Mostly gamblers
