like a overarching organization with top down management done in a completely onchain method looking to build and raise for multiple fully decentralized protocols

storage is the easy part with IPFS no? (i know IPFS inherently relies on centralized gateway servers that can censor) 

but point being the harder part of this question is corporate structuring a decentralized organization that operates onchain to be untouchable by any jurisdiction or regulations

Yes, overall idea was an onchain organization that has some management from key individuals and essentially requires to raise funds and build fully permissionless protocols, will probably include treasury, financing and employing contractor devs etc so yeah

its a thought experiment really
