Some of my fondest childhood memories were building alongside my friends. However, as i grew up, I began to see that decision-making in the real world is often top-down,.. Ex. Many corporations with 1,000+ employees are typically driven by small circles of 30 'leaders’,. Which effectively leaves out most people from the most fun part: the bluesky and creative processes. One of my biggest hopes in joining the /network-states community is that we can not only enable and encourage more localized collaboration efforts, but also show that we can succeed while challenging the existing systems.
