Setting up a split now, and curious what "Manually Distribute" means... Does this mean someone just needs to call a distribute function, and everyone in the CSV gets their funds? Or does it mean you need to manually distribute for each recipient?

Only need to distribute the balance once for everyone to be able to claim their share. Or, as you point you, you can combine the distribute + withdraw step for everyone (you’re essentially covering the gas to push everyone their funds). More here: https://docs.splits.org/flow#distributing
