Oh man, this may interest you: a theoretically sanctions-compliant privacy pool (i.e. mixer) with built-in whitelisting/blacklisting. So someone could spin up a privacy pool and enforce a blacklist by querying stuff like OFAC lists of sanctioned addresses.
