Just came close to getting scammed. Here are the details, in case anyone is curious. Someone DMed me here on Warpcast, saying they wanted to interview me. I hadn’t heard of them, but we had a couple mutuals so I didn’t just immediately block them. They asked several surface-level degen questions, which was weird but I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and thought maybe it was a language barrier thing. When they then suggested a video call, I became even more skeptical. One of the popular social attack vectors now is to get the victim to use a malicious video conferencing app. Surely enough, this person provided a sketchy video call link, at which point I blocked them. Stay safe out there!

I get phishing dc's and scams too!!! Glad you got away before it was too late! Wish I knew how to report those accounts, but haven't found anything yet.
