Quick question re: Grants Stack: When an grantee fills out the application, providing a description of their project and team, using the native Grants Stack form, does this information live onchain, on some P2P storage layer like Arweave/IPFS, or is it stored at some Grant Explorer platform level?

Trying to figure out if the info provided by the grantee in this form already lives onchain (or on arweave/IPFS), or if separate measures (such as EAS) would need to be taken to have that info reside onchain/arweave/IPFS.
