Anyone here familiar with Form 990 from the IRS, Return of Organization Exempt from Income Tax? Looking at this, it seems like the most relevant existing public docs for nonprofits to report their impact - but what can improve? I'm asking in the context of impact attestations using stuff like /eas and Hypercerts and Grants Stack. At @opencivics we're hoping to implement some grantor/grantee evaluative dialogues, to account for impact progress made between grant rounds. How can we improve upon the status quo?
