Just found out an nft I bought early this year bridged to Bitcoin Ordinals (from ETH) months ago and I missed the deadline

For the love of god can we stop fucking chain hopping NFTs, tokens, etc? Who has the time to keep track of all this shit for every random asset they’ve purchased? An absolutely awful user experience

100%, not fair to the holders. Just looked at Magic Eden and it seems like ~3,900 of the 7,777 collection is still on Ethereum. How could you possibly let a bridge like that with a firm deadline go through?

I won’t be the one to raise the flag, but someone is going to get sued by the SEC. Not much of a better way to prove you’re a security than by literally moving the entire supply to another blockchain in a unilateral decision by insiders
