a very very rough draft from @v means it's probably finalized internally and launching within a week, but Warpcast still wants people to feel like they have input and feel like this is a protocol, when in reality the vast majority of community input are just stupid and waste the Warpcast team's time. 

In reality this isn't a protocol change at all, Frames are a Warpcast feature that requires no protocol FIP, but nonetheless they will be branded as Farcaster, not Warpcast.
