you’re right im a grinch about this stuff i’ve never liked the mixing of social+finance makes social interactions feel phony when there’s financial incentive behind it

agreed btw. tbh it almost helps weed out the people that you don’t want to interact with anyways. the people you would naturally connect with aren’t weird about it so it’s really not bad.
