crazy actually how appreciative my neighbors are that we are caring for this house [as renters btw, leave it better than you found it doesn’t just apply to national parks]

let’s talk lawns my guy. can’t fuck it up if you have a fairly strict watering schedule.

in FL, doing it two days a week for 30 mins 
not sure if I should be doing anything else 👀

simple as [more water per day + fertilizer = nicer lawn] however far you take that is up to you. 

$20 in fertilizer and adding another day or 2 to your schedule should blow things up [in a good way]

lmk how it goes pls. just as a baseline, scott’s is always a good product when it comes to seed/fertilizer
