ate a massive 5 Guys burger+fries for a late lunch was like "F it, i'll work out tomorrow" because often when you do something unhealthy, your default is to think there's no point in doing anything healthy that day then i said "hell nah, we do it TODAY" then cranked out a lift on my Tonal ftw stick with it 💪

One of the biggest unlocks is not treating each day as either a win or a loss Just because you have one bad meal does not mean the day is a wash and you should completely give up
