Been crushing my workouts this week but the gym has been so full that I haven’t been able to take photos/videos for proof, wompwomp Hitting new PRs in all my lifts and I guess nutrition is where I really need to improve. Not seeing much muscle definition (still 5’7”, 140 pounds) and I know I don’t eat perfectly/track anything there (generally no breakfast, light lunch, big dinner) and I take no supplements/vitamins. Approaching 40 and I want to get shredded 😁😁 FWIW, I ran DI college track/played college football (sort of, I was a kicker) and then coached DI college track so I like to think I know what I’m doing on the lifting side. It’s the nutrition side that’s always eluded me. tl;dr - any supplements you’d recommend? Any nutrition hacks for bringing out more muscle definition?
