Another solid back/biceps day today but the gym was overcrowded AGAIN (went at 4:00 PM to break up the workday, back to work now!) and apparently the whole town was there. Had to change my routine a bit because none of what I needed (i.e. the two preacher curl stations, any lat pulldown machine, any bench whatsoever, etc.) were open. Couldn’t get any good videos for Proof of Gym, but here’s a screenshot from a shitty video of one-arm cable preacher curls. Substituted for normal preacher curls and it wasn’t too bad! Routine today was: 3x Low Cable Row (Cable) 3x Lower Back Extension (machine) 3x Isolateral Row 3x Bicep Curl (Cable) 4x Hammer Curls (Cable) 3x One Arm Preacher Curls 3x Seated Hammer Curl (dumbbell) 3x Reverse Curl (barbell)
