Proof of Swim My strategy is swim 25 yards, rest for as long as I need to (60-90 seconds?), repeat. Starting out slowly here but trying to incorporate swimming into my workout routine every other day now. Cross post from Instagram because I have no idea how to edit photos properly. This also isn’t it.
