Anyone here ever successfully deal with sciatica in here? It’s excruciating pain and trying to get better faster. Already going to PT.

Have had it pretty regularly since like November and it’s not really getting any better, I just deal with it. The last two weeks have been the worst Surprisingly lifting doesn’t hurt that much - what really exacerbates it is sitting (especially on the toilet, ow ow ow), sleeping, and generally being alive 🥲
