finally done with my first chair (ottoman complete!) 

paid a lot more attention to grain patterns and finishing on this compared to the chair, and other than height mistake, pretty straightforward build. can't say enough about foureyes build lessons, i learned so much

yea i couldnt justify their walnut suggestion for my very first large build so this was the next best thing. superrrr solid too hoping i have this a long time
