Does anyone here do a early test for cancer? If so, what do you use?

Most important thing you can do is a colonoscopy. I don't believe cancer screening by blood draw is very reliable.

It's just cancer biology. They don't leak easily detected substances. Also, look at the marketing material of these screens. You want high sensitivity. But they don't even state their sensitivity. They say they have high specificity, but you could get that just by saying everybody is healthy.

Most people don't have cancer, so having a test that says quite reliably that you don't have cancer when you don't have it but that can't tell you that you have cancer when you have it is not that useful.
