I think the one thing we can say confidently at this time is channels that rely exclusively on manual moderation by one person tend to have very stale main feeds. Not pointing any fingers but have seen it quite a bit now. If you don't have the bandwidth or the team to moderate, better to leave it to the algo.

And, to be fair, I can't blame anybody for taking a break from Farcaster and forgetting about moderation. This is a voluntary activity for all (most?) of us. So it's important to set up systems that don't have a single point of failure, where a moderator on vacation won't bring down the channel.

Totally agree, manual moderation can be tough. Better to let the algorithm handle it. πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ
