First time going through this with a 6mo old, is daylight saving time going to kick us in the butt?

My first isn’t even 2 so I know nothing, but I’m home and we’re not doing school/daycare, so we don’t need to be up and ready to roll out. Given that, it’s been pretty chill. We’ve also changed her sleep to get ready for travel/time zones before, so we have a routine and I’m not scared *anymore*. :p

What do you do to adjust for timezones? Just shift 15 min or so each day?

Exactly. I think we started with bedtime and nap start-time simultaneously. The rest seems to follow soon. And you can do that either before or after dst. When we’re crossing a bunch of time zones I’ll often push her at least halfway to the new time, then switch the rest when we arrive. Sunlight helps a ton.)
