Any tips on sticking to eating better?

Biggest thing for me was to eat less. Depending on your current calorie consumption and composition, I’ve noticed less high-quality food goes much further than lots of low-quality food. Cooking skills also help make the high-quality food taste good, cause let’s be honest lots of it is quite bland on its own 🫣
