@ins0mn1a is the type of guy who crushes anything. ts, rust, solidity, google collab. i think he can make anything literally. he motivates me a lot with his bald work ethic – "can you do A B C?", hits me up with the next morning – "done". almost never makes mistakes. he got me into kyiv wrestling!!

@kienfam is a beast too. every morning i wake up, he hits me up – "when are we calling?" or "calling tomorrow at 10?". lots to learn from him on self management, although ctg fucked his sleep schedule and mine is never getting fixed. in our "secret founder calls" i think we make a great mix of balancing out each other.
we argue about features and all the other stuff calmly. i think the only time we let it loose was over a fucking button styling in one of our previous apps and we argued about it for two days.

it's very nice to know we rip our asses off here as a team, aligned, can discuss anything. this is kinda spiritual to me. motivates me running forward no matter what.

I'm millennial and he is Gen Z, but with the wisdom of an older person.
Recently Vlad said that he can be building for the whole life if there is money to feed himself.
This drive is rare and I have not doubt about his success. He says work should be fun and is trying to maintain it in our startup, something that I am not paying much attention to. 

@ins0mn1a is the most dedicated and efficient dev I worked so far. I worked with many. I never have doubt about his ability and honesty, which is rare in the remote environment. Don't dare to headhunt. 

I guess when market is nuking, it's good to pour some positivity into the space. Join the movement and share more about your team!
