@rish how can my Neynar score be half as high as my bot’s? I thought I dropped because of a few days of inactivity here and my interactions with @specubot , but now I see that even the bot has a better score than me 😭! What are the parameters that were considered to assign me this score?

For now, nothing specific. I noticed it yesterday while trying to test @larrybot , so I’m stuck there. But I read in one of your casts yesterday that it’s going to get harder and harder to raise your score, so when I saw my drop, I was shocked. Two days ago, I was at 1 😭.

it's not going to get harder to raise scores, it's that the highest scores are the hardest get (that's true for anything as you get higher up?)

your perception of your account is that it should be among the top 300 accounts in a network of ~900k given this distribution I casted yesterday? and I imagine you saw the distribution since you're speaking to scores getting harder as you go higher

Well, what matters to me is that @specubot  has more than 0.5, and that’s the case right now, because in my project the agent speculates on its own behalf and creates tokens via @clanker  or any other token launcher. My personal account isn’t involved in my project.

I’m not saying my place is in the top 1%, but I’m trying to understand what brought me down to 0.37 it’s so low. It’s 0.3 less than my bot with 7 followers that’s never interacted with anyone. Meanwhile, I’ve spent months and months climbing the ranks.

Notes about Neynar user score:

1. The score is useful for AI agent stacks. Prevents agents from being farmed.
2. It’s not binary, it’s between 0 and 1 and each app / agent independently determines what their threshold is.
3. It updates weekly.

For end users: 

- Casting LLM slop, over shilling or farming, etc. will result in low scores.
- Having normal, genuine conversations and staying active on the network will result in high scores. 

There’s no specific workflow / checklist, just have good interactions with other good users. 

Finally — if you’ve feedback / examples of where the score seems incorrect, message me. Those are helpful signals to retrain the model.
