I don’t know how the EU hasn’t got the message that they need to step up, fast Most of Europe have announced that they don’t want to send troops to sustain a Ukraine peace So what do they expect to happen? If the only country sending troops to the frontline is Russia, the frontline is going to move

UK: wants to send troops to sustain a peace deal with US “backstop” Germany: “an incomprehensible debate at the wrong time about the wrong topic” Spain: “Nobody is considering sending troops to Ukraine” Italy: sending troops is too complicated and too unlikely to work Even Poland is reluctant to.

The reason why EU is reluctant to send troops is just because they have invested a lot in this war but ended up getting nothing. If U.S. can give some seizable profits to France or Germany, they will certainly do it.
