Went a bit heavy on the meat and a bit light on the gnocchi, but tasty nonetheless.

if you want to blow the doors off pasta sauces, i rec this stuff instead of standard tomato paste. expensive but it has such complex flavor and a little bit goes a long way.

yeah. when you taste it side by side compared to regular paste its like night and day. great on crostini with some shallots and anchovies too if youre into that sort of thing
