do you notice a difference what time of day you do it? or for how long? curious what the sweet spot is for you

A few things that have worked for me over the past 10 years: - meditating in the mornings are the best, but evenings before bed works for me too - 15~30 mins is a sweet spot for me - don't try to force it - sometimes i forget, too busy, too tired, and that's ok too - consistency over months not days
