Two new settings for channel hosts

Manage feeds
- Ability to turn off the Trending feed for your channel

Manage channel passes
- Ability to turn on a channel pass and change the price. You'll need to have channel norms set.

Available on web (not on mobile) by clicking the pencil icon on your channel page.

PSA - we're going to start experimenting with channel passes in /base this week. we'll be rolling it out in a thoughtful way, but given the scale we're operating at, we need to keep experimenting to ensure quality remains high.

Ability to add a past post to a channel would be dopester.   I spaced hitting the button to add to channel and now need go back though and do posts again.
