The shift to the decentralized channels model was a real "put your money where your mouth is" moment for me. The Warpcast team is giving up a lot of economic upside by ceding control of channels to hosts. This is a positive sum mindset and has given me the conviction to invest more time & energy into channels.

I agree. I remember saying that channels could become a big money maker for them a couple months ago, seeing how they are willing to put it into the hands of the network is seriously amazing and deserves respect.
