Prepared Asun rice. Didn't see goat meat, so used pork instead (delicious asf), added dry fish, lots of pepper of course, sliced bell pepper for aesthetics... then the usual 5 eggs i eat with my meal daily (should be 10).

Do you know how to prepare fried rice? If yes, then it's exactly same process but ingredients used for the sauce are different

I see You can check out Hilda Baci then, she recently won the guiness record for longest cooking marathon... she drops contents on various dishes and majorly Nigerian. You can find out how she prepared the asun rice there, that's actually where i learned this one too
