Anyone can recommend on how to >start< getting fit? Ever since Covid I gained a lot of weight. Went from a total stick to being 98kg. I'm not really interested in growing a lot of muscles or turning into a gym bro, just really want to lose some weight and gain more endurance. Is doing this bike/cycle thing enough?

Hmm, I haven't and it would be a big change to the amount of shit I eat atm. Honestly, this might be worth a shot.

Recommend 16:8, black coffee in the morning can help cut hunger in the morning if you are used to eating early Takes 1-2 weeks to get used to it then it’s on autopilot. Also if you get sick just eat whatever you want, whenever. Be easy on yourself :)
