this is very indicative of the kind of low iq thinking that plagues football discourse unfortunately. "klopp's kids" includes mo salah, van dijk, taa, alisson becker, and andy robertson. all veterans who have played at the highest level for years and won it all with liverpool. trent at 26 is by far the youngest member of that group. what's more, the billion dollar bottle jobs have a squad that cost less to assemble than klopp's kids. but of course, this is football, we don't think here.

i think it's the "banger" nature of online football discourse that produces this kinds of football fans. people are more concerned with virality and shock value and less with any kind of good reasoning. aftv is a good case in point.

i imagine the same constraints exist for dev founders (can build but can't design or market) and so on. you've got a product out there, that's super brave, you've got this. is there a marketing bottleneck that's particularly troubling rn? how to get in the next couple of users for example?
