web3 can be really crappy but i like that farcaster is still such a wholesome place to an extent.

it was the tournament that made me think about watching serie a more seriously. 😂😂 i remember thinking that chiesa was really good and thought he'd go on to be an all timer but injuries unfortunately.

but even the national team has become a bit more front foot if you think about it. i remember watching the side that won euro 2021 throughout the tournament and that team's strength wasn't necessarily defensive.

btw @gabedev.eth I didn't quite getting the fav_team settings in but super close. Notifs like crazy today on all goals?  It will be a grand experiment once this is pushed. Storing fan preferences on ipfs using furl.pro to resolve the farcaster accounts. In this setup any app could help a user store a user's preference 'palette' while all apps can access it. Might be too ambitious, or wrong tech, but might inspire folks to take on something like this & form a spec for user controlled profile data beyond the ridgid confines of FC yet using hubs to verify & update.🤷‍♂️

this is why i have such a soft spot for defenders, "defensive" managers, and "defensive" teams (so-called). 

defending is an integral part of football and yet it often goes under the radar in discussions.

this is one of the most depressing times to be in web3. especially if you're someone who genuinely believes in this tech and what it could mean for the future.

All I wanted to know is whether - with all their excitement about billions of agents (bots) flooding the internet - they had any positive vision for humans online? Especially amidst a landscape where the dead internet head rears its ugly head and meaningful interactions flee into the safety of private spaces.
