what impact (positive or negative) have you seen tokenisation have on the growth of the projects you've worked with? and how would you advise projects to think about that right now.

Great question as tokenization is such a complex discipline with both positives and challenges. On the positive side I think it creates engagement, a sense of belonging, and investment among community members. However, it can also become overly complicated, especially when designing fair and transparent tokenomics. One key concern is also token allocation as many projects end up allocating the majority of tokens to VCs, team members, or early entrants, which can create disparities and dilute the community’s sense of ownership. My advice would be to have someone on the team expert in tokenomics and to focus on simplifying tokenomics, ensuring fair distribution, and maintaining transparency about allocations.
