I imagine so.

Slight follow-up question, as a recruiter, are you drawn to the challenge of building out a founding team no matter what the organisation itself does? 

Or does a deep resonance with the overall mission precede your decision to take on the job?

At Pimlico, I am helping to build the founding team (engineering). Getting to be part of building a team from scratch (with everything that this comes with) is incredibly meaningful work
