We've got an introduction to smart contracts program at base.org/camp

It's got exercises with onchain unit tests and will take someone from Web2 to knowing enough to write an nft marketplace contract.

Not really, he doesn't know anything about Web3 at all. So I was thinking something like Ethereum.org developer docs or something like that. 

Although I suppose Farcaster is as good a place to start as any.
