a part of me feels as if i owe the internet (warpcast/crypto/etc) something because of not being active enough in the last month out of the loop is short of how i feel. but ive been focused on critical moments of irl. the family of my partner had one of the most intense weeks ive seen, and luckily we were on santiago the whole duration of it. with them now we are heading back home. tired. whole. and i feel strong, because we showed up with everything we are. they needed us. our presence. and everything we could bring. and we brought it. and it feels… important devoting time and energy to cultivate everything that surrounds the process of creating a family is what is most important for me these days. everything else is downstream from being able to relate to every one of these humans with acknowledgment of who they are. as they are. regardless of the circumstances. they are my family. and i feel that i was able to show up as i am more than ever before and it feels very good. alive. real im ready ✊🏻

yep. but it is easy to forget especially when things get very challenging irl. so easy to cope with the phone and divert the energy out from what is actually happening there
