I took a photo of the bowl of seashells that I collected when I was 5 years old, that my grandmother still kept in the cottage. Holding one and meditating for a bit briefly allowed me to time travel back to that time, it was glorious.

That's so amazing! I cant even imagine how it is to touch an object that 5 yo me not only touched, but chose! It should be magical.
