I’m hanging out with my 3yr old daughter today and she wanted to make blueberry muffins. I’m not a great baker, but she had a kids book that “showed us how”. 

We got the book, and there are no measurements or anything… and we don’t have blueberries 🤦‍♂️

We improvised - found some bananas (which were getting old anyway) and started scooping this and stirring that - making sure it “looked yummy” as our guide

Turns out these are probably the best tasting muffins I’ve ever made 🧑‍🍳 and I have no idea how to do it again 🤷‍♂️
