This is what I do every day when I can't listen to my own inner voice anymore. A 3-step recipe:

✅ I prepare my matcha

✅ I read about positive things

✅ I take my ukulele and pretend I'm playing on some street or train in some country I'd like to visit. Or that I'm with the people I'd love to spend time with.
