The split mouse buttons and trackball seem uncharacteristically unergonomic, but otherwise agree. Apparently this was one of the first devices to center the trackpad below the keyboard, which would become the reigning standard for 30+ yrs to come https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apple_pointing_devices#Trackballs
